Thank you so much for your wonderful service! As you know I run a salon that caters to approx 300-400 customers a day. Our tanning rooms (19 rooms) take quite beating with tanning lotions, oils and even oil and salt on feet from winter traffic. I solicited two Colorado Springs companies prior to you to clean our carpets and BOTH turned me down saying there was “NO WAY” they were going to get clean. One service charged me for a “test” of what was in the carpet. In fear of having to replace all of our carpeting I tried one last company…yours.
When you arrived you told me that you were 100% sure you could do it and then told me you would do two rooms and if they did not come clean then “NO CHARGE!”
I let you loose and you were back in 15 minutes and I saw the rooms and the carpet looked NEW!! I was incredibly pleased and surprised.
I just want to say I appreciate you and will be happy to be added as a reference for you. Please feel free to pass this on to anyone that is in the same situation or wondering about the caliber of your work. I appreciate you working around my customer hours and the speed of your service so that I could resume my business without hesitation. I commend you in that you call and follow-up to ensure I was satisfied. Also, your prices are about the best I have seen and from a person trying to hang tough with sales down this year I appreciate it. You are my only choice for carpet cleaning in the future.
